Grants and Awards

Thank you for the support from the following organizations

Community Improvement Designation (CID) Nonprofit Grant

With this year’s CID award, we used the $2,000 award to support our Lace and Locomotives 1920s Twilight Tea Party, partnering with MilVet for a canned soup drive and cultural arts exhibit, and raised both awareness and funds towards supporting the Murrieta Train Project (2025).

The event honored the spirit of the 1920s in a cultural arts mashup including WW1 letters from soldiers and the role of the USPS, as well as Chinese-American cuisine honoring the contributions of Chinese Americans who fed our working class and introduced new flavors that quickly became favorited by many.

The Riverside County Board of Supervisors established the CID fund grant program to support valuable services and projects addressing needs in communities across Riverside County. Applying for CID funds does not ensure that the request will be granted. Only organizations and activities that directly benefit the residents of the Third District will be considered.

4 Imprint One by One® Grant

Through one by one®, 4 Imprint awards $500 grants for promotional products to organizations that are making a difference. This helps to spread the word, recruit volunteers, thank donors, or in some other way turn one thing into something much more. They award several grants each business day to 501(c)(3) charities, religious organizations and/or accredited schools. The stories are truly inspiring.

-> We are honored to receive this grant for the second year in a row, which brought us special ‘Pearl’ shirts to better show who our volunteers are at community events and classes! (2024)
